Who wants to be a star when you're already a legend? Jennifer is by far another definition of a living legend. And for anyone that EVER doubted the works of God...just listen to that angelic sound that reigns for Jennifer's soul...it's proof right there. Beyonce is my girl and everything, but when it comes to a God giving, natural born talent...the type of talent that puts chills throughout your entire body…JHud wins that hands down! Give the girl props...she just that damn good! *wink*

Is it just me or did both of the dreamgirls outsing Beyonce at the Oscars last night? Beyonce was straining to hit her notes and she sounded shrilly and weak. Maybe she shoulda gained some pounds. JHud's voice is waayyy more powerful than ms. knowles, and the other dreamgirl, I don't know her name, she killed them last night too!

Ever one seems to be hyping up this girl JHud yeah her voice is powerful but i think she over do it at times as if she is trying to prove someting if you're not true to yourself then who can you be true to? She should just count her blessings and not let her achievements get the best of her coz thats when you start losing yourself. Am happy for her, its a total shock coz every one thought Beyonce would nail it! Every one deserves a time to shine so B shouldnt be jealous(thats if she is) disappointed is more like it and its natural..They should support each other its very rare something like this happens...yes it was suppose to be Beyonce's break but she is talented and has the potential, determination and ambition to do great things so my advice to her is to stay focus and work harder this wasnt her cake so she couldnt have it! there will be more movie deals granted she improve on her acting. for those who enjoy bashing her wat pleasure do you gain? Y'all should let people live and be happy for others. Guess this world wouldnt be the same without HATERS!!!!!!!!

Well I'm from chicago, so of course ive been rooting for jen, all the way but,
newoo on the beyonce vs. Jen thing. It is really obvious that Beyonce is jealous of Jennifer,and Beyonce prolly feels that she should've gotten that role. I mean you can c jealousy all over the poor girls face. Would it be totally awful for her to just admit to the media, "yes i do envy Jennifer but I'm also very proud of her." since when was jealousy ever a crime.If i were jennifer's co-star i would be Jealous! Its crazy as hell not to be jealous! so beyonce she just admit to it, because when she hides it like that it makes her look even more stupid.

And honestly, you guys know that Beyonce is better looking than Jen--they're both beautiful, but really. Come on. And jeez, Beyonce is HUMAN. We all are. Of course she would be envious of Jen! The bottom line is that Beyonce simply can't act... and why in the hell is she bragging about how many grammys she has? That has NOTHING to do with the oscars. I am sure Beyonce is jealous because she certainly took the back seat on this one. J Hudson can sing AND act ten times better than Beyonce. Ok so Beyonce looks better but looks won't get ya an oscar, sorry Bee bee... Another thing that she said that got to me is the fact that "she wish she would have gained 20 lbs to play the effe role". Is she serious? Does she really believe that would have made a difference?? SHE CAN"T ACT, I don't give a damn if she played a highly dramatized role, she probably would have looked even worse because SHE.... CAN'T...AAAAAAACT!!!1

You know ladies, I am so sad about the bashing of Beyonce Knowles. How could you possibly know what's in her heart? How? This is just what's wrong with our Race, we are our worst critic's. I once read an email from the KKK who said," thank you, to all the gang bangers for doing their job of killing off our own people." No matter how you do it, either by word or deed it is still murder. Murder of the spirit of someone God loves.

I love and I am very very proud of Jennifer Hudson she is a very blessed woman. It makes my spirit very proud and loving to see what God has and is doing in her precious life.

Get over your insecure self! If all it took was for you to gain 20 pounds to play Hudson's part, it's obviously a simple task for you to accomplish since you were at 30 pounds heavier before.
Go away with your envious, repulsive self. "your grammys" have no significance. Your heart is ugly and I personally don't think you can sing.

@anon, have you seen Beyonce's mom and dad??? She is FULL black, not mixed. Her mom and dad are black. Just because she is light skinned doesn;t mean that she is mixed.
@Chrissy, What does the fact that Beyonce is "light skinned" has to do with anything? Beauty comes in all colors and so does ugly so why did you feel the need to add "light skinned" black woman? Yes she is beautiful but the MOST beautiful woman in entertainment? That is a BIG stretch. My be top ten but I personally think that there are women in the entertainment business that are more attractive than her. That is the problem with Beyonce, she is so use to people like you filling her head full of led and now she got an ego as wide as those wide @ss hips of hers. She needs to get over herself, I mean really. To say some of the things that she has said really leads me to believe that she just thinks that she is the best thing since sliced bread, well, she's not to me and many of others. they are both talented, though i do like Jen much better. but in truth this is Jen's movie and of course Bey knew that Effie was the bigger part, she sings the most famous song, duh. i believe she maybe a little jealous because of body language speaks so clearly. her smile is tight and her movements are stiff when she is around Jen. and to the people who believe it's a light and dark thing or black and white please get a life and stop making things out of nothing. That is quite stupid. better yet, the article was just gossip not real fact. also, congrats to Jennifer on her Oscar!!

Honestly, I think Beyonce' is a pretty girl and I do bump her cd's, but she lets it get to her head. I'm not hatin' as some people wrote or said, but it's true. Let other females shine.... Jennifer... man that girl can blow... yeah they sing at different levels, but hudson knows how to control her voice and beyonce can't. I didn't notice it until my man pointed it out. Her voice is not strong and she can't control her voice, it shakes. That comment she made... " I have nine grammy's and my character wasn't supposed to be strong" shows insecurity. It's nice to see other girls who make it that had to go so many obstacles to get where they are, instead of seein a female that didn't have to go through any tough times. And the movie is just a movie but it's the actions that B is givin through interviews and the grammy's. The grammys seemed like they were trynna out sing each other but... Jennifer automatically out sang her.

to every one on here,please take a moment and think about the third girl and quit stressing ya selfs over BEE an J/hud,anika had a good role too but no one said anything,its like the movie only featured beyonce and J/hudson.i think every single person that acted in dream girls was great,jennifer had the biggest part and its a good thing to see her shine,i was her biggest fan on idol and was really sad when she was voted off,we should all be proud that atleast one of our sista got an oscar and give her all the supports.as for beyonce bn jealous,i really didnt think it was jealousy,im almost very certain she was really happy that jen won but she cud prolly have wish'd it was her and thats about it.so to all,pls dont hate,lets see what you gonna do if you are a star,i bet we all wont breath ever.peace.

I love jennifer hudson and i think she is a great singer and a great actress. i don't know why beyone is hating on her. we all know that jennifer hudson is way way better than beyonce in acting , singing and with personality. jennifer keeps her real personality while she shine. beyonce just wants everyrthing for herself. she is just a conceded big headed person who really overestimates her beauty. you need to check you self and you've already been wrecked. jennifer hudson got that reall big heart. and that's what makes love her. her style just everything about her. and i loved her performance in dreamgirls in the song "and i'm telling you". i listen to that song like everyday. beyonce talks that she could have done the same thing if she had gotten that part and be good as well. YEA RIGHT. you dont even have the voice like her. you would need years of practice to reach up to JHUD's level. well that's all i gotz to say.

My hugest dream is to get a chance.
I live in Portugal and for me it´s not easy to show my vocal potencial once i only sing songs in English.
Jennifer Hudson makes me tremble when she sings. She is amazing... Leaves me speechless.
Beyoncé is a beautifull woman but, for me, you scream too much. Learn how to show your feelings and not your ability to scream. "Listen" is amazing but...in the movie. Live, Jennifer Hudson rocks the house.
Go on Miss Hudson with your smile, humbility and ignore those who should be thankfull for what they have instead of saying stupid things and call themselves STAR.
