Now THESE are signs of a mature break-up:
First, Shanna Moakler is throwing a "divorce party" at the Bellagio in Las Vegas on Friday. And that's okay - for some, a crazy night in Sin City with hundreds of their closest friends is the way to get over a difficult time in life.
Moakler's ex, Travis Barker, wasn't as sympathetic, however. He happened upon the flyer (pictured) and posted the following gentle soliloquy on his MySpace page:
THIS IS THE SAME WIFE THAT EMAILED ME TO TELL ME SHE WOULD BE SLEEPING WITH HER NEW BOYFRIEND IN MY BED THE DAY OF OUR ANNIVERSARY 2 DAYS AGO SO THIS DOESN'T COME AS A SHOCK. AND THE SAME PERSON WHO IS MAKING "I LOVE SHANNA" SHIRTS FOR PEOPLE TO BUY, IN SUPPORT OF ALL THIS AND PLAYING THE VICTIM, IT SADDENS ME PEOPLE AND EVEN BRINGS ON THE URGE TO PUKE, HOPE IT DOES YOU AS WELL.
IM GONNA SAY A LONG PRAYER FOR HER, SHE NEEDS IT. THERE ISN'T A PART OF SHANNA AND I AND THE FACT OUR MARRIAGE FAILED THAT I COULD BE CELEBRATING OR HAPPY ABOUT EVEN AFTER ALL OF THIS TIME IT WAS OUR FAMILYâ¦IT WAS ALL WE HADâ¦â¦I MEAN A PARTY??? WHAT DOESN'T KILL ME MAKES ME STRONGER:)
HOPE SHANNA'S PARTY IS EVERYTHING SHE COULD HOPE 4.
We wonder which is worse: the fact that Barker has often thrusted his tongue down the throat of Paris Hilton (also pictured)? Or the fact that he replaced the word "for" with the number "4" in this post?
Either way, we hope these kids find peace and happiness. And it could be worse - Barker could have possibly gotten Karrine Steffans pregnant immediately following the divorce.

I think that travis is such a dumbass for going with paris ...i mean come on look at shanna's body then @ paris's it don't make sence whatever shanna can get better!!!!

I think Shanna is amazing and Paris looks like a 12 year old boy, what is Trav thinkin? I hope shanna and Travis get it together.

Anyone who watched the show Meet the Barkers can tell that Travis' claims of Shanna being a bad parent weren't too off target. She was sleeping all the time and talked about how hard it was taking care of the kids and how she needed a break when a nanny was constantly around doing all the work.

Travis isn't my type anyway, but I wouldn't touch him with a 50 ft. pole now that he's been with Paris. I hope he got his body parts boiled and has been checked for STDs. I can't STAND Paris Hilton, she'll do ANYONE and is famous for NOTHING. I still don't get how Shanna went from De LaHoya to this guy. Yikes.

I think that maybe she got upset and hurt that he did find condoms and if they were used or not or they maybe someone elses, and she didn't cheat on him and he didn't believe her. Maybe he hurt her so much she didn't know what to do. Maybe that made her furious and angry that after all they went through and times cherish , good times, he didn't believe her. And it killed her so she wants him to feel how he made/makes her feel.
Therefore, he was in the mindset that he was cheated on and felt hurt that she would do this to him after all they've had together and things they've been through etc.. and he was so sad that he turned bitter and filed for divorce.
Now that they are divorced is it a matter of making each other jelious. Maybe they still do like and or love each other. And they just don't have things staightened out. Perhaps they were ment for each other. When I see pictures and hear news of them being with other people it just dissappoints me and I'm most definatly neutral. I am a fan of both of them and now it is hard to even enjoy anything that has to do with the two because it just makes me feel bad like im on someones side and the other would have a problem with it..
maybe im just selfish myself, for wanting them to be together.

I am personally sad to see the two split. They were so into each other and really loved one another. Not to mention that they make beautiful babies together. It's sad that people are so quick to call it quits. When you marry someone it is for better or worse. Marriage is work... don't get married unless your sure that you will want to go through life with that person regardless of their faults.

I dont blame Travis for being hurt at what he found, while it may have been an overreaction to file for divorce, look at what the past few years have held: One of his best friends betrayed him, His band (My favorite band ever created) broke up as a result of this, the Transplants had problems as well, and then he found condome? While i am not famous and have not had to deal with media or anything like that, I have been put in almost the same position and know how it is easy to come to a hasty and rash conclusion. On top of that, he now has an arm injury. I am on his side with this. As for Paris, It is a much better decision then throwing a party over a divorce ... I will always be a Travis fan. I just hope this doesnt mess up his kids...
