It allows Travis Barker to react to a divorce party thrown by his ex-wife, Shanna Moakler.
And now it's allowed Larry Birkhead, the probably father of Anna Nicole Smith's daughter, to speak out against his former lover and for his current child.
In a statement posted on Larrybirkhead.net, the disgruntled papa blasts the Anna Nicole: "I constantly wonder what kind of person would steal a child from another. I thought at first maybe because your brother was taken from your mom was the reason, but then I realized she started planning on keeping you from me all the way back in May."
Birkhead also talked directly to the infant Dannielynn, claiming he tried to go to Disneyland to cheer himself up, but the trip backfired.
"I couldn't help but thinking, after seeing all of the kids, what it would be like to take you there one day."
We hope justice falls your way, Larry. But a word of advice: if you do end up with custody of Dannielynn, do NOT buy her the Ali Lohan holiday album for Christmas.

WHY WON'T STERN TAKE A DNA TEST, WHAT DOES HE HAVE TO HIDE. IF I WERE HIM I'D BE FIRST ON LINE TO PROVE I AM THE DAD. LARRY HAS BEEN FIGHTING SINCE SEPT. AND KEEP ASKING FOR A DNA.

larry birkhead is not the saint people are making him out to be.Larry got anna pregnet with the knowlege He could win custody.because of her dependence on medication.Howard loved anna and her kids.I hope he does all he can to keep danilynn.Larry is so fake he makes me sick! but not as much, as i as that good for nothing mother of hers.she was a rotten mother.so what happens if danilyn gets a drug problem when she gets older? will she go to the media.so she can make a buck?cuz we all know she wont try to help her. she is a poor white trash b$$$! go Howard!

I feel for Larry. Im so upset at HKS that I can spit nails. Larry, Im behind ya! I know in my heart you are her dad. She doesnt deserve this(the long drawn out process).
What the hell. She is going to be pulled from WHAT she knows as a life. BUT I have faith in Larry that he will pick up where THAT ASS HKS left off.
We love you Larry and I know IM behind you.

I to feel Larry is Dannielyn's father. She will make the transition quickly with her loving DAD. Thousands of children of our Military go thru this all the time. Adopted babies also go thru the adjustment. Howard K call over indulge all he wants, but at 7 months Dannielyn will not remember it 1 month from now. My quess is a thorough investigation of Anna's finances would reveal Howard has everything in his name, or held in such a way for him to CONTROL it. I doubt Anna had 2 nickels to rub together. Her usage of pills would have had her mentally impaired as far as legally signing a document, so Howard would have taken care to see she stayed in that condition.
