The singer, who is planning to adopt the Malawian child, a la Brangelina, is reportedly visiting town to promote her latest children's book, Too Good to Be True, and her upcoming televised concert special.

If she TRULY respected this child, you'd think she would honor the father's wishes about his son's culture:
"Yohane said he wanted his son raised with Christian values. And he had been repeatedly reassured that everything was being done in David's best interests."
