On Target! Rachel Bilson Shops at Our Favorite Store

We always knew we liked Rachel Bilson. She eats (for good causes) keeps inane, boring storylines alive on The OC ... and apparently shops at Target. We love Target!

Of course, Bilson is probably there because she needs to save money. Lord knows The OC can't survive past this season.
