Those behind Lost want to end the ABC juggernaut after a maximum of five years; they're planning a movie spin-off as they look ahead.

Co-creator Damon Lindelof is so worried producers and studio executives will drag the show out, he's making his opinion on the matter clear now.

"We'd love to end the show after four year, five years tops and do a movie," he said.

No Lost actors or actresses had a comment at the time of this tory.
