Jim Carrey, Jenny McCarthy: A Funny Item?

People laugh at his jokes. People laugh at her career. It's a match made in comedic heaven!

So it would seem, at least, as a source has confirmed that Jim Carrey and Jenny McCarthy are indeed a couple. This individual told People that the duo were "very happy."

Of course, neither side is as open about the rumored relationship. McCarthy and Carrey - McCarrey? - were spotted at an L.A. restaurant last month, but still won't go public with their affections.

When McCarthy, 33, was asked recently on The View if she was dating a "well-known comedian who makes funny faces," she replied, "No comment. Does that ever work?"

No, Jen, it does not. For his part Carrey said the following about McCarthy last year: "I like her, she's a nice person."

Rumors about whether he snickered and added "in bed!" have not been confirmed.
